They were a pleasure to work with; I have asthma and I have a lot of requirements regarding dust and they abided by everything I requested with a smile. They made my work in selecting the tile easy as they brought fantastic choices for me and all I had to do was choose! They treat their customers the way that they would want to be treated, nothing I asked with too much because they really care about their customers. Our shower had been re-done three times over 5 years and it still leaked into the powder room below. Florian and Paul fixed the problem that no one else could fix. They checked the work around the area done by other contractors to make sure it was sound. They are incredibly thorough and asked us to call in a plumber to make sure the plumbing work done prior was done correctly before they put the tile back in place. This was an excellent idea given there was one significant repair needed! They care about the whole project and want to make sure that their work lasts and I am a testament to saying that it does!!!! We have no leaks and it’s been a few months! I feel very fortunate to have found them and anyone who hires them will be in incredible hands. The project was a bathroom renovation - complete tile, plumbing (shower and tub) and floor. The overall end to end delivery of the project was excellent, the quality of the installation impeccable. In projects like this, one has to usually pick two out of the three dimensions: time, cost and quality. I’ve picked cost and quality and left time unrestricted. It paid off as Florian and Paul were very careful with the correct installation vs quick installation. It also helped that I felt complete alignment with the team through the various phases of the project and had time to explore options. An important element for me is the absence of collateral damage - making sure the work site is clean throughout the duration of the project and at the end. Florian and Paul were very careful to make sure no dust and no debris was present outside the work site. In the end they delivered a new bathroom. I would choose the FD Tile Concepts again.

It was great finding a family owned business that didn’t hike the price up just because of my area code. They removed the old pans that had started leaking and made sure the subfloor was corrected before starting their work. The marble work they did looks beautiful! They showed up when they said they would, kept the job site dust free , and even helped find the right style and matching colors when the homeowner decided to change the original design.
